HOMECOMING COURT VOTING - The following are the instructions for the voting process in Homeroom today. This is also exactly what is on the front of the folder you will find in your mailbox.

Enclosed you will find two different-colored sheets that need to be handed out to every senior in your homeroom.  If you by chance have any students who are not seniors, they are NOT to vote in this nomination. There should be enough for every senior in your homeroom, with one extra just in case. NO STUDENT SHOULD VOTE TWICE.

BEFORE handing out the ballots’ please read the following, so that no one can write on them before hearing instructions. The instructions are VERY specific and must be followed:

“Seniors, these are the nomination forms for your homecoming court representatives. You are to CIRCLE five boy’s names from the boys’ sheets and five girl’s names from the girls’ sheets as your nominees. Names are on the front AND the back of each sheet. DO NOT select more than five names on each list, or your nominations will be invalid. You may circle fewer than five names if you choose to do so. Again, you are to CIRCLE five names from each ballot. Circle NAMES ONLY. Checkmarks, underlines, etc. will not count as a nomination. Circles that include photos will not count as a nomination.”

Please hand out one boys’ nomination form and one girls’ nomination form to each senior and have them vote.

Please collect EVERY nomination form, group them according to color, and place them back in this envelope along with any extra, blank forms. An administrator will come around to collect the envelopes. Please DO NOT send these nominations with a student.

What’s New/What’s Due – Go over the What’s New/What’s Due list with your seniors.
